ABOUT
Meet the Breeze
The Tulsa Breeze was established in 2019 out of Sandlot Sundays at Historic Lacy Park in North Tulsa. In the time of segregation the field was utilized by several Black ballclubs, most notably the "T" Town Clowns. We joined the Tulsa Rumblers in honoring that history through community baseball and stewardship of the field and were later joined by the Tulsa City Jesters and Sandlot Outlaws. In 2024, our club joined the Tulsa City Saturns as caretakers of Reed Park, another public field in West Tulsa.
Between the two fields, our Tulsa Sandlot clubs take great pride in maintaining and improving these parks and hosting regular events, including open Sandlot Sundays and Sandlot Fridays where anyone can show up and participate in a pickup game (we have plenty of extra equipment if you need a loaner). We are a proud member of the Sandlot Revolution and believe that baseball for everyone regardless of age, gender, identity, experience, or athleticism. It’s truly special when people who haven’t played since childhood, or perhaps not at all, fall in love with this beautiful game in an atmosphere that is about fun and connectivity.

Sandlot also means barnstorms and we have met sandlotters from accross the country through hosting and travel. From Tulsa, to Oklahoma City, to The Field of Dreams in Maysville, IA, to the Historic Durham Athletic Park in Durham, NC, The Long Time in Austin, TX, New Orleans, LA, Kansas City, MO, Hot Springs, AR, Fort Worth, TX, and as far as New Haven, CT.
Follow us on instagram (@tulsabreeze) where we announce open sandlot events, official games that are free and open to the public, and where you can follow our journey as we meet sandlotters nationwide.
